Single Service Policy
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule your service up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee. If you reschedule your service within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price of your requested service price.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your service up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee. If you cancel your service within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the service price of your requested service.
No Show Policy
If the cleaning professional cannot access your space per the entry instructions you provided within 20 minutes, a last-minute cancellation fee, 75% of the service price of your requested service, will be applied after your appointment time. We will make every attempt to contact you during this 20-minute waiting period. The fee charged is a service fee; it is not a credit and cannot be applied to future appointments. A no-show appointment will be considered forfeited, and a new order will need to be created if a future appointment is desired.
Recurring Service Policy
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule your service up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee. If you reschedule your service within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the service price of your requested service. In addition, you must reschedule your appointment for a date before your next appointment scheduled in your recurring service package.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your package for any reason, a 14-day notification is required to stop services. A cancellation fee will be applied, which consists of a single service fee of $32.00, for each of the services you utilized in your package at the time of cancellation. For example, if you utilize five out of the twelve services in your package and decide to cancel, $32.00 will be applied to the five services utilized, then your cancellation fee will be $160 in this example.
Upon completion of the initial 12-month term, your Recurring Cleaning Plan will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period at the same service frequency unless canceled or adjusted in accordance with our Recurring Services Policy. Your billing process and payment method will remain unchanged unless you request an update. Appointments will continue to be scheduled accordingly.
Enrolling in any new recurrent service will waive this cancellation fee. Please talk to us so we can help you.
No Show Policy

Pause Service Policy
You are allowed a one-time "pause" of service per recurring period of your purchased services, which pause of services may not exceed 30 days without Coopportunity Cleaning’s written consent. To pause the services, you must give 14 days’ notice before such pause; and to resume services after pausing, you must give 14 days’ notice before services are to be resumed. Pausing services does not forfeit services, instead services that would have been scheduled during the period of pause will be re-scheduled and your scheduled period of services will be extended to include those rescheduled services.
