This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") outlines how Unión Sunset Park Cleaning LCA, a Colorado limited cooperative association (the "Cooperative", "we," "our") collect, use, store, and protect the data we handle as part of our ownership and operation of the Coopportunity Cleaning website www.coopportunity.coop, mobile application, and any related or contained content (such as text, data, information, software, graphics or photographs) (collectively "Coopportunity Cleaning Platform"). By accessing the Coopportunity Cleaning Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

By posting in our newsgroups and using "Live Chat," you explicitly consent to these uses of your information. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. For testimonials, we provide a choice as to whether a user posts his or her personal information along with the testimonial. Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
Use of Third-Party Services
The Coopportunity Cleaning Platform uses third-party services to help provide and improve our services. These providers may collect, store, and process your personal information as described below:
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use the Coopportunity Cleaning Platform, such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring websites. This helps us analyze site performance and improve user experience. Google Analytics collects information using cookies and other tracking technologies, including IP addresses and device data. - Amazon Web Services (AWS): the Coopportunity Cleaning Platform uses, and data is hosted on, Amazon Web Services (AWS), a secure cloud services provider. AWS processes and stores your information according to industry standards and its own AWS Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred and stored outside of the United States.
- Stripe (Payment Processing): we use Stripe to securely process payments. Stripe collects payment and billing information necessary to complete transactions, and this sensitive data is handled according to Stripe's strict security protocols and compliance requirements. - Mailchimp (Email Communications): if you subscribe to our newsletters or marketing communications, we use Mailchimp to manage email delivery. Mailchimp collects your email address and any other information you provide when subscribing. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails or by contacting us directly. Mailchimp's data handling practices are explained in their Privacy Policy.
- Vonage Business: As part of providing appointment-related services, including reminders, cancellations, and modifications, The Coopportunity Cleaning Platform uses Vonage Business, a third-party SMS service provider, to send text message communications to clients who opt in. When you consent to receive SMS messages, we collect your mobile phone number and record your opt-in consent data to comply with regulatory requirements.
We use the mobile phone information collected solely to send you relevant updates about your cleaning appointments. We do not share, sell, lease, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All OPT-IN requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive services- and appointment-related updates, including:- Cleaning appointment reminders
- Notifications of cancellations or rescheduling
- Relevant updates about your service
It is your responsibility to review any privacy policies and terms of use of any third-party services accessed through or supporting the Coopportunity Cleaning Platform. The Cooperative is not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of third-party service providers, and you should ensure that you understand and agree to how your personal information will be handled by such third parties before engaging with them.

The Coopportunity Cleaning Platform may provide links to third-party websites. The Cooperative does not control these third-party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our own. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites, products or services. The personal information you choose to provide to unrelated third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the applicable privacy statement(s) of any entity before submitting your personal information.
Security of Your Personal Information
While we implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% private and secure, and you understand that the Cooperative does not ensure or warrant the privacy or security of any information we collect from or about you, and that you use the Coopportunity Cleaning Platform and related services and provide us with information at your own risk. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
